Are you using the 3750s for layer3 or just layer2?  If just layer2 what are you using as your as your multicast router?

It is looking like both the 3750 and  4948 do hardware multicast.  Any reason to pick one over the other?
I can get the 4948 with 10GB but the 3750 can do stacking.  Pricewise it looks like the 4948 might be a bit cheaper but not by much.
