I have a 3725 router running advanced IP services 12.4(15)T10 attached to a port set to VLAN 1, and I have the SVI for vlan 1 configured for ipv6, but they cannot ping or make a ipv6 eigrp adjacency. The EIGRP process on the 3725 router sees the link local address from the switch trying to make an adjacency, but then fails after a bit.

Aside from the software version, keep in mind that IPv6 on the 3550 is
100% software path and you'll be running everything through the CPU,
which could quickly overwhelm it depending on how heavily you plan to
use IPv6. The 3560/3750 (and derived NME modules) have hardware support
for IPv6.
