All Sups up until Sup6E and Sup6E-Lite are doing IPv6 in software.

As Catalyst 4900M is based off the Sup6E it also supports IPv6 in
hardware.

Note the 4948, 4948-10GE and 4924/4924-10GE are based off the SupV,
so no IPv6 in hardware.
