[c-nsp] ONS 15454E DCC through NSN HiT 7070

Hi List,

Currently I'm configuring a pair of ONS SDH to interconnect via NSN Hit 7070. The circuit is configured successfully between these pair via the NSN cloud, forwarding traffic/frames, but I can't get them together on a single CTC, so I need to managed them through individual CTC per ONS.

I guess these is a DCC/Tunnel related problem, I'd love to hear any advice or knowledge sharing from anyone who has experience with this kind of setup (interoperability).
