[c-nsp] Queue type and buffer size on 10GE interfaces on rsp-720-10ge

Thanks. That answers the QOS question, the ports have 8q8t/1p7q8t. Still haven't found the port buffer size on them though. Is it 16mb per port like the 6704 or the 200mb like the 6708?
