Hi,

The book may appear dated (2002) but most of us still find it useful.

I just checked the Cisco Press website with the intention of buying a few
hard copies.

However, the site says of the book

publication is not for sale."

Which other good books still in print would you recommend as an ISP
operations & practices guide?
