Mohammad,

If you want to have the total up/down bandwidth, then SNMP counters
should be enough.
If you define service as knowing which IP addresses they go to and L4
info (TCP/UDP protocols) and counters, then look at NetFlow.
If you want more details (like application level details, detecting P2P,
URLs, VOIP etc), look into DPI (products like SCE)
