[c-nsp] ISIS set-attached-bit route-map

Since you are using two different areas on R5, the concept of ATT Bit
doesn't apply. R5 wont set ATT BIT into L1 when the L2 adjacency and
L1 adjacency are formed in different areas.

Solution: either use one single area, or use default info originate+route-map.
