[c-nsp] Link Discovery Error

Still no luck with CISCO-CDP-MIB i uses 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.23 OID to Query but
it says noSuchObject........[?] i m still unable to find the *neighbors of
the Cisco Routers (2509 series).*
