[c-nsp] VLAN-based EoMPLS

What version were you using if you don't mind to share?
It's important to me as I'm just now working on a new MPLS setup with one of the latest 12.2 SE versions!

it was a bug!!! I downgraded the ios to 12.2(44)SE6 and everything is working fine now!!
