[c-nsp] iBGP overriding IGP - ?

Yow.

I was wondering what "pre-bestpath" in the community string meant. Sigh.
I assumed it lived within BGP only, not that it'd turn the entire
route-selection process on its head. Silly me. It didn't make it into
"MPLS and VPN Architectures volume II" so...

Research "bgp cost community" and you will understand.
