Click download.  It sends me back to the main search page.
Click the cart.
Click Proceed with download
Click Continue download and swear under my breath because the service contract information isn't up to date so I get accused of being a thief.
Click Agree
Wait.
Problems with this Web page might prevent it from being displayed properly blah blah.  No files for me, but I can rate the download process!
Repeat.
