It is to a Broadworks / Broadsoft platform?

If so, I typically use the last pstn-cause, but the first two are recommended as well.

set pstn-cause 3 sip-status 486 
set pstn-cause 34 sip-status 486 
set pstn-cause 47 sip-status 486
