I have a 5508 Wireless LAN Controller on the bench, with an Finisar SPF for testing. Everything worked in software release 6, although it did indicate an SFP error. After upgrading to v7, it refuses to enable the port. Is there a service unsupported-transceiver, like in IOS for these things?
