[c-nsp] OSPF Convergence time on Dynamips

The performance bottlenecks in my dynamips environment have been:
1) idlepc (already mentioned)
2) disk performance

I got a huge performance boost when I moved the dynamips directory to a reasonably fast disk subsystem.
