[c-nsp] PRP1 doesn't come up

Guys,

 

I have a PRP1 which used to work on a 12008, the device has been shut down
for a while, recently when I turn on the router the card is not working, I
do not see anything on the console, however I have already test the physical
memories, changed them and so on. I know the normal process of flash
troubleshooting flow chart , but it just doesn't work, any idea or similar
trouble?
