It looks like your clock card in slot 8 dropped off the fabric and the box switched over to the backup CSC in slot 16, which is a lot more serious than any possible side-effects on SNMP - strongly suggest you check it out w/your Cisco account team and/or TAC, and determine how to move forward with a config change, re-seating, replacement, or what-have-you.
