[c-nsp] Windows IPSEC VPN Client MTU issues when connecting to IOS

AFAIK Windows Cisco VPN client sets mtu to 1300 by default and this of
course changes mss as well. There is also utility installed along with
the client to set mtu value manually, just search in start menu.
