i'm by no means any expert on ASR9K but i believe it would operate like any other switch/router platform.

1. broadcast frames would only ever be sent out one member port of a portchannel
2. the physical port chosen would be chosen per the configured 'portchannel hash' and the L2/L3/L4 src/dst information in the packet/frame itself.
