Probably not what you are looking for, but if you ELAM one known PIM drop,
you can get its adjacency, then you poke tycho register to change that to
LTL of physical interface. Net reseult is that dropped packets would be
received on monitoring box connected to given interface
However these are not 100% unique drop adjacencies but often shared with
some other drop reasons (there are many many drop adjacencies but they
still are shared) so depending on your config you might also see packets
being dropped from some other reason than PIM.
