There's none.

Apart from Networkers slide about ISR G1 architecture, you won't find
anything else. There is an architectural presentation for both G1 and
G2 on the last and this year slides.

Apart from the chips and connections, both ISR G1 and G2 are
shared memory routers, doing CEF with the horsepower of the CPU.
