NAT64 (stateful) is now supported in IOS XE 3.4. This means 
ASR1000.

Sadly, the URL with the details is not available :-).

We've tested Stateless NAT64 in the past, and while it 
works, it doesn't scale because it's, well, stateless. But 
it has been supported for longer in IOS XE.
