I realize this question has been asked numerous times already on this list
so please forgive another go at it. 

I also searched the archives at

Other than counting the output from each group of 6 ports with "show
counters interface gigabitEthernet <mod/port> | include qos3Outlost", is
there any other command which provides drop statistics per ASIC or
port-group on this particular line card?
