Maybe 6503/Sup32

It's same as Sup720 becouse it's also use PFC3B. On second hand market
you can have it for 4-5k EUR with chassis and PS/PEMs.
Limitations - no good linecards like 67xx.

if not then ASR1002F or ASR1001 or older 7304/NSE-100 or NSE-150
