[c-nsp] Catalyst 2950 freezing

After doing a bit more of troubleshooting and debugging, I got the following
error message on my term:
01:10:45: pm_flap_timer_start: Fa0/2 dtp
01:10:29: pm_flap_timer_start: Fa0/1 dtp
01:10:41: pm_flap_timer_start: Fa0/12 dtp
Also, all errdisable detection are enabled but no recovery mechanism is
active.
So, I'm considering the following command to enable dtp-flap recovery:
errdisable recovery cause dtp-flap
Yet, I'm not sure what dtp-flap really is, any clue on this?
Regards,

can you show how the customer facing ports have been configured ?
Also you might want to check the output of "show interface Gi0/x switchport"
and look for config issues in the current state of the port.
Possible the customer has something strange in their network.
