[c-nsp] Cisco 2811 performance issue - dual(new) isp

According to
http://www.cisco.com/web/partners/downloads/765/tools/quickreference/routerperformance.pdf,
the router can handle up to 16.44 Mbps of fast / CEF switching. I was not
able to see your attachments in the digest nor in the archive. Do you have
CEF enabled?
