Is a x6908 just a x6708 with 80G fabric ports? It would appear to be from the description (the same 1/4/5/7 2/3/6/8 divisions), but I've not been noticing the same latency diff between the different ports that I see on , say, a 6716, for when you take the hop across the fabric. (OK it's a really really tiny difference, but) and I can't find a whitepaper or anything with the layout.
