Yes. Quite a few times sadly.

Certainly I recommend an upgrade. But I regret to inform you that there 
are CEF corruption bugs in every SXI release we've tried, including a 
couple of open ones in SXI5. But SXI5 nailed most of the serious ones - 
the ones I've found (and opened TACs for) are pretty config-specific.
