[c-nsp] Cisco WS-CBS3130G-S-F and OutDiscards

Hello, I was hoping someone would be able to shed some light on the
OutDiscards that I am getting. I have a Port-Channel with 2 members,
each are 1G interfaces. Traffic load is typically around 70-150Mbps on
the port-channel viewing 5 minute input and output; however, I have
seen traffic burst to 500Mbps using PRTG at 3 second intervals. The
type of traffic on the port-channel is primarily iSCSI; what is a
little interesting is that the OutDiscards erros are logged at the
same time, with the same size. Not all interfaces are in the same
vlan, the port-channel is always double the size of the OutDiscards of
the interfaces. Cisco's site does not offer any additional information
of what I already know;
