[c-nsp] bgp communities over vpn mpls

My company has a small network of a few thousand customers and some internal stuff.  We also buy VPN services from a large tier 1 provider.  I can tell you from experience that the guidelines depend on your carrier and what business relationship you have with them.  (read $$$)
