[c-nsp] 6500/Sup720 won't run a WS-X6516-GBIC?

Ran into the same issue with that card when I converted a bunch of our distro's with that same sup. Luckily, I was able to move the connects to a 6748 card and just changed fiber jumpers.

Is this module not supported on this Supervisor?  Have a 6509 running
s72033-ipservicesk9_wan-mz.122-33.SXI3.bin.

Getting this at startup:

*Aug  6 20:00:06.931: %C6KPWR-SP-4-UNSUPPORTED: unsupported module in
slot 3, power not allowed: The image for the card is not bundled in image.
