Hi Farooq

Trying changing fiber cable. This error is normally generated when signal loss level exceeds the operating value For e.g. if point A sends a signal of 2 dbm, when it reaches point B signal is -12.5dBm("show interface tengig0/x trans detail" output will give you details) i.e. loss of 10.5 dbm. Warning threshold value in this case is -9.9 dBm and Operating threshold would be around -13dBm. If this signal is less then -13dBm, Tengig port would go into errdisabled mode(if error recovery is not configured). Signal loss needs to be controlled here.
