[c-nsp] 892 gig port issue

Hi,

One of my colleagues ahs been testing the same router with the same IOS and noticed the same thing.

First time he resolved it by rebooting the device, second time by removing the IP address and re-applying it.

It does seem there is a slight issue there but not exactly sure what....
