[c-nsp] Routing based on traffic type question

Scott,

     Yes, policy routing will work, using it to off-load http and other non
time sensitive traffic for a customer.  Using static object tracking to
avoid black-holing towards a dead next hop.

Does anyone have anything like this in place that they could provide some
