Using a floating (i.e. AD >> normal, e.g. 250) static Null0-route is
IMHO the best idea. Keep in mind that when the source of a BGP prefix
changes from e.g. a connected net to a static Null0-route the attributes
will change, and that might have an effect regarding e.g. route-flap
dampening. Supressing the more specifics with e.g. "aggragate-addresse"
might help here.

Otherwise a Loopback interface configured just like you would the
Ethernet interface should, like Tim mentioned, work out right.
