What interfaces are you working on?

What makes you think it is a spanning-tree issue? Logs debugs?

I am working in this interface 2248TP some of the interface are showing down/inactive.  My svi on the core are up/up.  I think it maybe a spanning-tree issue but I am not sure.  can anyone help ?
