[c-nsp] call fwd to voicemail

Anyone know how to configure call fwd and have the call terminate to voice mail of the call fwd number?  Currently,  the system is setup so that if I use call fwd to my cell phone for example, and I don't answer the call, it will send the call back to the voice mailbox of the dialed number. I would like to know if it is possible to send it to the voicemail box of the cell phone?
