[c-nsp] ASR9k A9K-8T-L LC crash and reload

Hi Piotr

IOS is 4.1.0 and all fpd:s are updated.

We agree that this is unlikely a hw-problem, and that is why I am
looking too the community for hints.

We have had the PIM process crash in the 7606 a few times, right now
Im looking into SRD6 as a cause of the punts on the ASRs causing the
reload.
