[c-nsp] cisco optics for longhaul fiber

On 6509 equipment, with WS-SUP720-3B, I have to drive fiber as:

  1310 nm reaching 35km

and

  1550 nm reaching 80km

Vendor says that many customers choose to eschew Cisco optics in favor
of 3rd party optics, due to long-distance considerations.

So, what will work here?   

Note that I could, if forced, terminate this on an ASR1002 instead,
perhaps on the 5gig card (SPA-5X1GE-V2).

I am looking for specific "We do this ..." replies.
