Mirko,
Here is the documentation that seems to state that QoS is not
supported in transparent mode:

>From my understanding of this document, this includes all types of QoS
on the ASA:
- traffic shaping
- priority queuing
- policing
Do you have any documentation that conflicts with this documentation?
