[c-nsp] 3550, need some help ugrading software

Seems pretty clear, that file's not there.  Perhaps the path is invalid 
and the bin file is really in the root dir of the flash?

Booting a tar file?  Those are supposed to be unpacked by the switch using 
the archive download-sw ... command.
