Oh dear.

by "Some entries", they actually mean "All entries".

I.e. all traffic going through the router is currently software switched.

You need to change your configuration to ensure that you don't blow you 
tcam limits, and then you need to reboot.

There is no way of re-enabling hardware forwarding on a sup720/rsp720 in 
this state other than rebooting.  This platform does not handle this 
problem well.
