[c-nsp] Xconnect on sub interface support on 12.2(33)SRE2

Dear All,

I have 7600 with IOS 12.2(33)SRE2.

When we upgraded to this version all our x connects on sub interfaces went down. So, we reverted to SRD4.

We were upgrading due to invalid packet drops in p-p ips that is identified as bug.

SRE series do not support x connects on sub interfaces?
