We have SRD1 as the code version the case is open under.
However it appears to effect a wider range of code.
Possibly up to current latest 15.1 releases.

AM definitely expecting BGP to consume a lot of cpu and make the CLI sluggish.  I do not however expect the IGP to drop, HSRP to flop, and the rest of the network become basically tipped over.  What IOS version do you have the case open on for the 7600s?
