[c-nsp] >100% on ASA?

Looks similar to 2^32, guessing it's a bug in the CPU usage calculation.
Either that, or it's close to annual review time, and it's trying a little
harder.

So I get to work this morning..... and I have a syslog that the CPU is
>100% on my ASA:
%ASA-2-321005: System CPU utilization reached 4294957%
I've heard of giving 110% but what gives?
