[c-nsp] No Link between SFP-10G-LRM and X2-10GB-LX4?

Additionally depending on code version those (LRM and/or LX4) may not be supported on the 6509.
Much better to stick to standard transceivers (SR, LR, ER, ZR or DWDM).
