[c-nsp] RSP Switchover time on ASR9K

I need to manually switchover to our backup RSP in order to reload the
current active RSP. Ignoring marketing, what will be the impact of
this on a production box? I assume that existing traffic will be
unaffected, so this should be fairly unnoticeable, but I've never done
it before.

Any idea what the actual impact on the box will be during the switchover?
