I'd say that depends on a lot of things, like having graceful restart 
configured for BGP. The switchover isn't stateful, so BGP sessions will 
restart for instance.

If everything is configured correctly (as it seems in your case), then 
yes, it can be done in NSF mode and won't cause traffic outage.
