Amen. Junior admins here are permitted to work on "PE" boxes until
we're confident that they are not breaking things too often - and only
then, they get to work on "core" boxes (which are also uplink/peering)
And thus I like separation of "core" and "access", even if it doesn't
always work out as nicely as on the drawing board...
