The PFC3 used the HW Netflow table for IPv6 multicast forwarding.

Apparently the PFC4 supports wide enough keys so that the normal
forwarding TCAM can be used for IPv6 multicast, just like for IPv4
unicast/multicast and IPv6 unicast.
